This research proposes an inter-domain negotiation method for flexibly establishing optical paths across the domains of multiple network operators in All-Photonic Networks (APN). A key challenge in such negotiations is that the entity, whether the requester (Buyer) or provider (Seller), that first discloses its information is put at a disadvantage. To address this, the proposed method allows both sides to converge on an optimal path while keeping their internal information confidential. Specifically, path characteristics such as latency, bandwidth, and cost are defined in a multidimensional parameter space. The Seller proposes path candidates near the Buyer's desired conditions. The Buyer selects the best option from the proposals, and the Seller then explores further in the vicinity of that selection. By repeating this process, the method aims to efficiently find the optimal path while maintaining the confidentiality of both parties' information.
