The aging global population necessitates passive, continuous health monitoring for lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS). Traditional diagnostics like clinical uroflowmetry and bladder diaries often cause distress and suffer from poor compliance in geriatric patients. This paper introduces a fully non-contact urination behavior analysis system designed for residential and long-term care. It features an intelligent footpad with weight and plantar pressure sensors for zero-effort, dual-factor biometric user identification. Upon activation, a multimodal array of acoustic and humidity sensors captures voiding events without optical surveillance. Advanced algorithms extract key urodynamic parameters—including maximum flow rate, average flow rate, and voided volume—from acoustic signatures. The system conducts longitudinal behavioral profiling to establish personalized baselines, detecting urological anomalies such as nocturia, flow decline, and hesitancy. Integrated with telehealth networks, this framework performs automated risk stratification, providing caregivers with high-fidelity, real-world data to proactively manage geriatric urological health.
