The use of the sub-terahertz band has attracted significant attention for realizing high-speed, high-capacity wireless communications. Reflectarray antennas can be fabricated using printed circuit board (PCB) technology and are expected to achieve high gain proportional to their aperture size through space-fed operation. However, broadband operation remains challenging due to the limited bandwidth of the reflecting elements. In this presentation, we propose a True-Time-Delay D-band reflectarray element employing a curl element that achieves both broadband performance and excellent circular polarization characteristics.
