To ensure the safe and efficient flight operations, Collaborative Decision-Making (CDM) based on System-Wide Information Management (SWIM) aims to facilitate the sharing of operational information among relevant stakeholders. In particular, improving the accuracy of Calculated Take-Off Time (CTOT) predictions for departing flights is essential for realizing Airport CDM within a SWIM-enabled environment. Using historical operational data provided by the Air Traffic Control Information Processing System of the Japan Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB), this study analyzes the impact of arriving flights landing on the same runway on the takeoff waiting times of departing flights at Narita International Airport. The results provide insights into one of the key factors affecting CTOT estimation.
