The sub-THz band, particularly the 100--300~GHz range, is a promising spectrum for beyond-5G and sixth-generation (6G) wireless systems because it can provide channel bandwidths of several to several tens of gigahertz, which are essential for 100~Gbps-class short-range wireless access. However, sub-THz propagation suffers from large path loss and blockage sensitivity. Therefore, highly directional beamforming and effective use of multipath components (MPCs) are required to improve link robustness and capacity. This paper presents a site-specific coverage evaluation for sub-THz mobile access by MPC- or RIS-assisted dual-beam MIMO transmission. Here, coverage enhancement does not mean uniform areal expansion of the service region, but link-wise reinforcement of weak secondary propagation paths according to the STA position.
