In recent years, the spread of smart factories has driven the adoption of wireless communication. While a stable wireless environment is essential, conducting field tests in an operating factory is difficult. Therefore, verification platforms using wireless emulators based on cyber-physical systems are gaining attention. In this study, we utilize path grid data (PGD) calculated via the ray-tracing (RT) method as the propagation channel model for the wireless emulator. This paper describes the techniques required to develop the PGD. First, we verify the prediction accuracy of the RT method by comparing it with actual measured values from an operating factory. Furthermore, we introduce a previously proposed multipath power adjustment algorithm that accounts for wavelength and object size, and report its verification results in both factory and office environments. Finally, we describe the details of a plug-in developed for the manufacturing line simulator FlexSim, which enables visualization of adjusted propagation channel characteristics and optimization simulations of factory process.
