In high-frequency wireless communications, increased propagation loss limits wide-area coverage, making beamforming an essential technique. This study proposes a multi-beamforming method based on optical true time delay control. A modulated optical signal is divided into multiple paths, with independent delays applied to each path to enable simultaneous generation and independent steering of multiple beams. Experimental evaluations of the proposed method show phase control and array factors consistent with theoretical predictions, confirming its effectiveness for flexible multi-beamforming.
