SSDM2026 will be held onsite in Nagasaki, Japan, and all presentations, including invited talks and contributed papers, are expected to be given in person.

To pick up your Name Badge
-Please log in on your smartphone or mobile device and have your QR code ready.
Log in URL: https://ssdm.confit.atlas.jp/login
-Present your QR code at the Registration Desk to have your name badge printed automatically.
-Fold the badge along the cross-fold lines, place it in the provided holder, and attach the strap.
-This QR code will be displayed on your My Page once your payment has been completed.
Registration Desk
The Registration Desk will be located at the Foyer on the 2nd floor and will be open as follows:
September 14: 12:00–18:00
September 15: 08:00–17:30
September 16: 08:00–18:00
September 17: 08:00–15:00
*All presentation time schedule will be along with Japan Standard Time (JST).
Please note that your presentation schedule may be subject to change. We kindly ask you to check your presentation date and time again before the conference.
*Accepted abstracts will be available on the first day of the conference, 0:00 (JST), September 14, 2026.
A password is required to download abstracts, which will be provided in the Advance Program handed out at the registration desk.
