[2PA-04]Development of peroxynitrite-responsive protein labeling for ROS/RNS conditional proteomics

Peroxynitrite is a member of the main reactive oxygen/nitrogen species and is associated with both cell signaling and stress. We are developing a new method for the study of biological peroxynitrite, which utilizes chemical proteomics for the comprehensive identification of the protein neighbours of peroxynitrite in living systems, namely conditional proteomics
