Cryptography is to secure information from the access of a third party. Genes as a naturally existing information carrier have inspired a lot of studies on DNA based cryptography. By assigning binary codes in nucleic acid bases, we can achieve storage of huge amounts of data in a single tube of DNA solution. There are a lot of mathematical methods and algorithms in encrypting and deciphering information in DNA. In this study, we want to achieve a simple DNA memory motif in which the data is secured and can be accessed through biological means.
