Measuring the accessibility of open spaces of streets is important for improving the connectivity and safety of residential areas during disasters such as earthquakes. This study proposes a method for identifying the layout of circulation space and routes of an urban street based on street-view data. First, the relative translation of neighboring viewpoints was calibrated to position a series of street-view panoramas on a street map. Next, a land-cover map was generated by stitching the ground projection of the positioned panoramas. The layout of local street circulation space was then created using image processing methods. Using optical flow algorithm, we reconstructed the 3D spatial models of the street facades and quantified the drop risk ranges of the street circulation space during the earthquake. It is expected to provide initial data for seismic risk detection and evacuation simulations.
