Nd0.5Bi2.5Fe5O12 thin films have been developed in our laboratory for magneto-optical (MO) imaging up to 6 GHz, but higher frequencies require enhanced MO properties. Recent studies by our group have achieved magnetization and angular momentum compensation in Eu0.5Bi2.5Fe5-xGaxO12 (Eu,Ga:BIG) at room temperature. This study measures MO signals at high frequencies using Eu,Ga:BIG garnet thin films to evaluate their performance in high frequency region. Thin films with varying Ga content (x=0-2) were prepared via metal-organic decomposition method, achieving a thickness of ~150 nm. Using a micro strip line (MSL) configuration, Faraday rotation angles were measured from 0.05 to 10 GHz. Results showed that increasing Ga content shifts the Faraday rotation peak to higher frequencies. Additionally, magnetic field distribution was analyzed.
