Inorganic perovskites are gradually attractive for photovoltaic community due to its prospective properties, including higher thermal stability and wide bandgap1. Despite the encouraging development for wide bandgap inorganic perovskite, the light-induced instability severely impedes its commercialization2. Herein, we have employed a dual interface modification to achieve long-term stability for inverted inorganic perovskite solar cells (PSCs) with suppressed phase segregation. The bilateral interlayers obtain increased hydrophobicity, gradient energy level alignment, facilitated perovskite growth and reduction of defect density, resulting in highly improved J-V performance and excellent device stability after 150 days.
