Delay differential equation

This work investigates a class of delay differential equations arising in several biological contexts, focusing on the long-term behavior of solutions. It is known that the interplay between delayed feedback and linear damping can lead to complex dynamics, including oscillations and even chaos. In this work, it is shown that when the damping term exhibits superlinear growth, such chaotic behavior is suppressed, and solutions converge globally. These results generally provide a rigorous theoretical foundation for the stabilizing effect of superlinear damping in delay systems.
