In this talk, I review our recent studies on dynamical modeling for early warning signals and treatments of pre-disease states, namely Weibing in Chinese and Mebyo in Japanese as the historical concept in the oriental medicine. First, I define pre-disease states just before bifurcation or tipping points on the basis of random dynamical systems theory, and propose Dynamical Network Biomarkers(DNB) to detect the pre-disease states. Next, I explain network control theory to restabilize pre-disease states into healthy states. Finally, I show some biological and medical evidences to support these dynamical modeling approaches.
