[SS06-04] Mathematical structure of RelB dynamics in the NF-kB non-canonical pathway

This study analyzed the non-canonical NF-kB pathway. Althoug oscillations of NF-kB have been observed there, a detailed mechanism explaining the observed behavior remains elusive owing to the different behaviors observed across cell types. This study demonstrated that oscillations can not be produced by experimentally observed pathway alone, thereby suggesting the existence of an unknown reaction pathway.
