Model of Glioblastoma Growth

In this work, we propose the Complete Flux Scheme to solve the time-fractional
partial differential equations (PDEs) modeling tumor cell concentration. In particular, we consider cell diffusion and proliferation using the Fisher–Kolmogorov
approach and also by nonlinear advection-diffusion-reaction PDE under the fractional order framework. We demonstrate the tumor growth in 1D and 2D for
different values of α, illustrating the order in which the tumor progresses over
time. We also compare the results for various values of the parameters and show
their effect on Glioblastoma growth
