[SS13]Models in cultural evolution and the application to human prehistory

Wed. Jul 9, 2025 10:10 AM - 11:50 AM JST
Wed. Jul 9, 2025 1:10 AM - 2:50 AM UTC
Room 04
Chair:Joe Yuichiro Wakano(Meiji University, Japan)
The importance of mathematical and statistical methods is growing in the analysis of the formation processes of modern human cultures and their expansion. In this session, we invite researchers from diverse fields, including cultural evolution theory, reaction-diffusion models, climate physics, and both computational and empirical archaeology. Our goal is to foster interdisciplinary research by bringing together scholars from different disciplines.
