There are very few human resources who have knowledge of tritium and can explain it to society. For this reason, it took a long time to start discharging ALPS process water to the sea. It will take more than 30 years to discharge the ALPS water to the sea. It is essential to develop human resources who can support the ALPS process during this period. It is also essential to train specialists with knowledge of radiation and tritium for the operation of reprocessing plants and fusion reactors. We are training personnel with knowledge of radiation and tritium. In this presentation, we will introduce the specific situation of our efforts.
