本研究では、中性子非破壊計測技術を用いた廃棄物分別への応用を目的とし、加速器中性子源の現状と課題を整理した。加速器中性子源は様々な中性子場の構築が可能となるため、廃棄物中の核種や元素分析の高度化が期待される。一方で、デブリ非破壊軽計測を考慮した装置の小型化、安定稼働、照射条件の最適化などの技術的課題も明らかにし、今後の研究開発を進める項目を整理した。本報告では、加速器中性子源機関の連携について紹介する。
