A basic training program to improve assertion skills was prototyped and applied to nuclear power plant operators. The results of the questionnaire were generally good, and the feasibility of the training was confirmed. On the other hand, since there was a difference in the evaluation by the position, it was suggested that the application training suitable for the position was necessary rather than the uniform training content.
