[1G_PL02]Passing on the Lessons Learned from the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station Accident to the Next Generation—Activities at the Great East Japan Earthquake and Nuclear Disaster Memorial Museum and Nuclear Disaster Prevention Education—

*Osugi Haruka1 (1. Hirono Town Development, Former at the Fukushima Memorial Museum)
This session presents two complementary paths for next-generation learning: web-based tools that visualize invisible radiation, and nuclear disaster preparedness education that makes Fukushima’s experiences personally relevant through museum exhibits, firsthand testimony, fieldwork, and civic dialogue. Connecting digital technology, lived memory, and co-creation among experts and citizens, it explores how learning can foster informed judgment, preparedness, and practical action.
