The Symposium will be conducted in English and will feature keynote lectures from distinguished speakers across various countries, as well as oral and poster presentations, company presentations, and exhibitions. We anticipate approximately 200–250 participants from across Asia, including researchers, professionals, and industry leaders in the field of near-infrared spectroscopy.

- The sponsorship package includes booth space and one table (The size is 1800 x 600 mm). For additional paid options, please refer to the catalog (coming soon).
- * Please note that the catalog space for the Silver Tier will be arranged separately from the main exhibition area.
- If any of the optional benefits are selected, the sponsor will be responsible for the associated costs (e.g., advertisement production, conference bags, lunches, etc.).
- The location of advertisement displays within the venue, as well as the duration of screen advertisements during breaks, will be determined according to the sponsorship tier.
- Sponsors with rights are entitled to provide food and beverages at the Welcome Mixer and Lunch. Sponsors of the lunch will also have the opportunity to organize a luncheon seminar. Please inquire about the menu.
- Please note that cancellations after September 1, 2026, will not be accepted, and the full sponsorship/exhibition fee will be payable.
Schedule
- Delivery of exhibition materials will be possible from the afternoon of November 10.
- Exhibit setup should be completed on November 11.
- The exhibition area will be open from the morning of November 12 until noon on November 13.
- Presentations will continue on the afternoon of November 13; however, the exhibition area will be closed. Exhibitors are kindly requested to dismantle their displays promptly that afternoon.
