The Organizing Comittee is offering full-time, professionally managed and staffed on-site childcare services for the meeting.

Advance registration is required to access this service. We cannot accept registrations after the deadline or during the meeting.

Overview

Event	The 106th CSJ Annual Meeting (2026)
Acceptable age	From 6 months old to elementary school. (Children accompanying those attending the Annual Meeting only.)
Capacity	Approximately 10 children / each day
Location	At the venue of the Annual Meeting. (For security reasons, the exact location will only be made available to those who have registered.)
Open Hours	Tue., March 17 - 8:30 to 17:40 Wed., March 18 - 8:30 to 19:30 Thu., March 19 - 8:30 to 17:40 Fri., March 10 - 8:30 to 16:00
Fees	Charge JPY500(tax included)/30 min. per a child - Please pay the fee in cash on the first day of your visit, with no change. - The fee will be charged as registered. The same applies when you pick up your child(ren) during the lunch break or earlier than the scheduled pick-up time. - Expenses such as diapers and extension fees beyond the reservation hours are not included.
