About Lunch

Due to circumstances at the host institution, the cafeteria will not be open for lunch
during the 106th Spring Annual Meeting.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Convenience store, FamilyMart, on campus will remain open during the meeting period, but please be aware that food supplies are limited.
 There is no guarantee items will be available for purchase during your visit.

Lunch will be available for purchase and dining in the following locations, excluding the Sports Hall.

Please note that dining in Pascal Hall is limited to those who have purchased a pre-ordered boxed lunch. This is for operational reasons, and we appreciate your understanding.

【Pascal Hall】

This area serves as the pickup location for pre-ordered boxed lunches and as a dedicated dining space for those who have made reservations.

*Reservations must be made in advance. Please have your participation pass ready and pick up your boxed lunch between 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM.

*As we are borrowing university facilities, it is strictly prohibited to dispose of boxed lunch waste outside of the designated collection areas. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

The staff will be checking name tug which includes Bento information. Please remember to bring it.

【In front of Building 14】available on no reservation

Lunch boxes will be sold here from 11:30 AM to 14:30. Quantities are limited, but we look forward to serving you. Please dispose of lunch box waste at the place where you made your purchase.

【Da Vinci Hall】

This space is provided as a dining area. If you wish to eat with your companions after purchasing a bento, please use this area. In that case, we kindly ask that you return the bento packaging to the location where you purchased it after finishing your meal.

【Convenience Store】

We have expanded our selection beyond our usual offerings. After your purchase, you may use the Faraday Hall on the second floor of the same building. You may also use the space in the Da Vinci Hall or the various lecture venues.

【Lecture Venues】

These spaces may be used for dining. As these venues will continue to be used for lectures in the afternoon, we ask that you keep the area clean.

 End of Service

As an alternative to the cafeteria, we are offering pre-order boxed lunches (daily changing menu). We kindly ask that you consider utilizing this service. ← Booking is closed.

Pre-order reservations for boxed lunches are handled as follows:

Those who have already registered
 → Available add your lunch order via the Confit registration portal.
Those who is not registered
 → Aavailable via this application form.

■ For those reserving multiple meals
Regardless of whether you have registered for the event, please apply using this form.

1. Enter the name and email address of the main applicant
2. Use the "Add Companion" button to reserve meals for multiple people
(We recommend entering the names and email addresses of each companion)

- Confirmation emails will be sent to the main applicant only
- Only the main applicant can download the name badges (meal vouchers)
