重症度に応じた最適な機械的循環補助デバイスの併用と広域連携の取り組み

近年、複雑化していくMCSの治療戦略において導入時から管理期を見据えることは重要である。<br>また、MCS導入後の集中治療室にて患者管理していく中での医師や各職種との治療方針の共有も重要となる。<br>各MCS導入のタイミングや導入時より管理期を見据えて考えるべきこと、管理へつながる工夫など、また、カテ室やHybrid ORでの導入だからこそ出来る評価方法など実践的な取り組みや考え方を共有したいと考える。
