第一部  Bifurcation stentingにおける理論を学ぶ

適切なBifurcation stentingを行うには、ステントの最大拡張能やセルの拡張能などの知識のみならず、分岐部病変治療における様々な手技に対するステントの拡張様式をイメージすることが必要です。Proximal Optimization techniqueによって、側枝入口部のステントストラットはどのように拡張するか、カリーナにステントリンクがかかる場合とかからない場合のKissing balloon techniqueによるストラットの開大はどのように違うのか、そのようなイメージを養うためには、ベンチテストは極めて有用となります。また、日本では行われることが少ない様々な2 stenting法による違いなども、ベンチテストを行うことで、より詳細に学ぶことが出来ます。本セッションでは、エキスパートによるベンチテスト、解説を通して、参加者の皆様が見て、聞いて学べるセッションです。
