日本は医療の質とアクセスにおいて先進国の一つであり、経皮的冠動脈インターベンション（PCI）可能な施設が多数存在します。しかしながら、医療資源の観点からは、そのような施設の配置が見直されるべきかもしれません。本セッションでは、日本における（主要な）PCI可能施設の配置について議論します。
