ACSショック症例に対する抗血小板薬

急性冠症候群の中で、ショック症例および来院時心肺停止症例は予後が不良であり、その病態を十分に理解し対応することが求められます。DanGer試験の結果、IMPELLAが心筋梗塞ショック症例の予後を改善することが示されましたが、合併症も多く、解決すべき課題も残されています。また、来院時心肺停止症例ではプラーク内出血が一定の頻度で存在することが報告されており、これが今後の治療戦略に影響を及ぼす可能性があります。本シンポジウムでは、心筋梗塞ショックまたは来院時心肺停止症例の病態を学び、予後改善に結びつけるための最適な治療戦略についてディスカッションします。
