Predicting and preventing onset of ACS by identifying unstable plaque is an urgent issue which we cardiologists must solve. In this session, we are going to clarify the direction to advance as clinician or research doctor from now on, and discuss future outlook with everyone by introducing high quality studies tackling this issue.
