Speaker Preparation Desk
- The Speaker Preparation Desk is located at Hall B, 5F. This desk will be open as follows:

- All speakers are requested to visit the Speaker Preparation Desk at least 30 minutes prior to their presentation to ensure their data functions properly on the provided equipment.
For those who bring your data
- Please save your presentation file to a USB flash drive and bring it with you.
- Only the standard fonts with Windows 11 (e.g. Helvetica, Arial, Times New Roman) are supported.
- If your data was created on a Macintosh, please ensure it is adjusted in advance to be compatible with Windows.
- If your presentation includes video, please bring your own laptop as a backup in addition to the USB data. If it contains audio, please notify the operator in advance.
- To prevent virus infection, please scan your presentation file with up-to-date antivirus software before bringing it.
For those bringing their own PC
- Speakers using their own laptops must have an HDMI port. Please ensure your laptop has this port or bring an appropriate adapter.
- The output resolution is Full HD (1920 x 1080). If your screen exceeds this, parts of your slides may be cut off or not displayed correctly.
- Please back up your presentation data backed up in case of computer issues.
- Disable your screensaver and energy-saving settings in advance to avoid interruptions during your presentation.
Disclosure of Conflict of Interest (COI) Information
When presenting a presentation on clinical research, if the first author has received funding from a company or profit-oriented organization in the past year and there are items that should be disclosed or made public, a COI declaration is required.
