Beyond 5G/6Gの⾼速・低遅延通信を実現するための周波数候補として、ミリ波・テラヘルツ波の利⽤が検討されている。現在は100GHz以上の周波数帯を使⽤する無線通信システムの研究開発は初期段階にあり、各国で関連するプロジェクトが開始され、今後の動向にも注目が集まっている。そこで本セッションでは、ミリ波・テラヘルツ波無線通信に関する最新技術や国際標準化の動向について、講演者を募り将来の展望や課題について議論する。
