Q＆A

• Could you kindly clarify what is included for Silver Sponsors in terms of equipment and presentation setup? We would like to make sure we prepare accordingly.

→ With regard to equipment, only a table and a poster display panel will be provided. Should you require materials to affix your poster, we can supply tape upon request.

• We would like to use a 43” monitor/TV mounted on a slim stand on wheels and put it in the space between the table and the panel. I would like to know if we have access to a power plug or power point to connect the monitor and our computer. Also, I appreciate knowing if you have a preferred supplier to rent this equipment from.

  →  A power outlet will be provided. The organizers do not have a recommended vendor for equipment rental. It is possible to have items delivered in advance, but please be sure to inform us of the shipment details beforehand.
