Thank you very much for agreeing to give a presentation at this workshop.
Please find below important information regarding the required procedures for your presentation. We kindly ask for your cooperation.

Deadline: May 15, 2026
- Each presentation is 10 minutes, followed by 2–3 minutes for Q&A.
- The presentation language is English.
- Submitted slides will be converted to PDF and shared with workshop participants.
Due to the screen specifications of each session room, a 16:9 slide format is recommended for Hall A, while a 4:3 slide format is recommended for Halls B and C. Speakers are encouraged to prepare their presentation slides using the aspect ratio appropriate for their assigned session room.
- Hall A: Recommended aspect ratio 16:9
- Hall B and C: Recommended aspect ratio 4:3
If you have difficulty accessing the Google Form or Dropbox, you may alternatively submit the required information and/or presentation slides via email to the organizing committee.
