• Each presentation is 10 minutes, followed by 2–3 minutes for Q&A.
• The presentation language is English.
• Submitted slides will be converted to PDF and shared with workshop participants.

Due to the screen specifications of each session room, a 16:9 slide format is recommended for Hall A, while a 4:3 slide format is recommended for Halls B and C. Speakers are encouraged to prepare their presentation slides using the aspect ratio appropriate for their assigned session room.

• Hall A: Recommended aspect ratio 16:9
• Hall B and C: Recommended aspect ratio 4:3
