Opening Time of Venues
The venue will open at 8:00 a.m. on Day 1 and at 8:15 a.m. on Day 2.

Reception Desk (West 9 Bldg. 2F Entrance)
If you have registered and paid a fee to attend the conference and the banquet, please print your name tag and bring it with you (you can download the participation certificate to use as your name tag from the “Registration” page). Name tag holders will be distributed at the registration desk, so please stop by the reception desk (please note that this has changed since 2024).

To confirm your registration for the oral presentation, poster, and banquet, please wear your name tag holder with your name tag attached to your neck. Participants only for the organized sessions do not need to register.

If you do not have an eduroam account, instructions on how to access the WiFi will be provided at the registration desk.

The venue of the conference will be located in the following buildings:
・West 9 Bldg. [西9号館] (Reception desk, equipment exhibition, industry introduction, keynote, oral presentations, organized sessions, and poster presentations)
・West 5 Bldg. Tsubame Terrace (Univ. Coop Cafeteria) [西5号館] (Banquet)
