Please note the following information regarding the presentation environment at the conference venue.

[Oral Presentations]
Please arrive at each room at least 10 minutes before the session starts and inform the moderator that you are in the room.

Only HDMI will be available for connection to the projectors. No conversion adapters will be provided. It is recommended to check the connection before the session starts.

Each presentation slot is 18 minutes in total (13 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A). Please note that the presentation time is 2 minutes shorter than in previous years.

A bell will ring once at 10 minutes, twice at 13 minutes (end of the presentation), and three times at 18 minutes (end of the Q&A session).

[Poster Presentations]
Poster presentations will be divided into two sessions: Session P1 on Saturday, Oct. 31 and Session P2 on Sunday, Nov. 1. 

Poster size
  A0 portrait (1189 mm (H) x 841 mm (W)) or less

Attachment method
  Wappon (adhesive stickers) or magnets will be provided at the venue.
 
Poster Exhibition Hours

For the judging of the Poster Presentation Award, please display your poster from the morning of your scheduled presentation day. 

Please note that the judging will also be based on the poster image displayed on the poster presentation information page (Day 1 / Day 2) in Confit.

Please remove your posters before the end of the exhibition hours, as they may be collected after the exhibition hours.

Poster Sessions (On both days, the core time is divided into two 45-minute periods: the first 45 minutes for odd-numbered posters and the second 45 minutes for even-numbered posters.)
