Please pay the registration fee for one person at a time, even if you pay by bank transfer.
*1) Junior members who are presenters may only give poster presentations. For details on the Junior Member Program, please visit the GISA's website (https://www.gisa-japan.org/member/junior_kaiyu.html).
*2) For those who attend only the organized sessions, no application is required (note that the conference proceedings are not available for viewing).

How to Register
- Registration is accepted exclusively through the online registration system available on this website.
- To register, you must first create an account for the registration system. Please keep your login ID and password, which you set when creating your account, in a safe place and manage them at your own responsibility. For security reasons, we are unable to respond to any inquiries regarding login IDs or passwords. If you forget your password, please use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page to reset it.
- Advance registration fees may be paid by either credit card or bank transfer. Please complete your payment by the advance registration deadline.
- Once your registration is complete, a registration confirmation email, including your registration number, will be sent to the email address you provided. A payment confirmation email will also be sent once your payment has been successfully processed. These emails are usually sent within a few minutes. If you do not receive either email, your registration or payment may not have been completed successfully. If you have already made the payment but your payment status still appears as "Unpaid," please contact the conference secretariat.
- After logging in to the registration site, you can download your receipt from the "Download Receipt" page. Receipts will be available for download until Wednesday, November 4, 2026.
