Oral Presentations

Each oral presentation is scheduled for 15 minutes, consisting of 12 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for questions and discussion.

Presenters are requested to use their own computers. Projectors will be connected via HDMI. Please bring any necessary adapters or converters.

Poster Presentations

Posters should fit within a panel measuring 175 cm (height) × 115 cm (width). A 10 cm × 10 cm poster number label will be placed in advance at the upper left corner of each poster panel.

Poster presentation core times will be held on the second day of the conference (September 10): odd-numbered posters from 16:00 and even-numbered posters from 17:00.

Please check your poster number in advance and remain in front of your poster to present and discuss your work during the designated core time.

Poster presentations are eligible for the YBP Award. All conference participants are entitled to vote.
