Instructions for Poster Presenters

• Format:
  – Single-sided printing only
  – Vertical orientation
  – Maximum size: A0 (841 × 1189 mm, width × height)
• Setup Time: 
  Posters can be set up between 12:10 PM and 2:00 PM on July 30.
  Presentation Time:
  Please stand in front of your poster during the assigned poster session to explain your work and answer questions (5:00-6:00 or 6:00-7:00 PM on July 31).
  Removal Time: Posters must be removed by 7:00 PM on July 31.

Instructions for Oral Presenters

• Presentation time (Invited speakers and presenters):
  20 minutes in total, including discussion.
• Please use your own computer. If no, please contact to us (we will lend our PC).
• Plenary and Keynote lectures: 30 and 25 minutes in total, including discussion.
