Registration and payment will be unavailable from 12:00 (JST) on March 5 (Wed.) to 17:00 on March 14 (Fri.), 2025, due to system maintenance. The system will reopen after 17:00 (JST) on March 14 (Fri.), 2025.
We strongly recommend you to register before the maintenance, but please register at your earliest convenience.

After the payment of registration fee is completed, you cannot change nor cancel your registration status online.

Cancellation Policy
Before 21 November, 2024: No charge (*Commission fee of JPY2,000 will be deducted.)
On or after 21 November, 2024: 100% of the fee/NO REFUND
Payment Method
Please make the payment by Credit Card.

*Please use a credit card that is valid at least until April 2025.
*The payee should be listed as "Kinki Nippon Tourist Co. Ltd." in your credit card statement. However, the payee's name might be slightly different, depending on the card company.
*Credit card transactions may be posted to your credit card statement in two to three months due to processing reasons.
*Invoice and Receipt: The Invoice can be issued after registration, and the Receipt can be issued after payment is completed. Both can be issued online through the registration site.
