Oral Presentations

The presentation times are as follows:

• Contributed presentation: 10 minutes for the presentation, followed by 5 minutes for questions and speaker changeover (15 minutes in total)

• Invited presentation: 15 minutes for the presentation, followed by 5 minutes for questions and speaker changeover (20 minutes in total)

Presenters must bring their own laptop. An HDMI connection will be provided. Please bring any necessary adapters or connectors for your laptop.

Please check the connection before your session to ensure a smooth transition between presentations.

Poster Presentations

Posters must be in portrait orientation and no larger than A0 size (841 mm × 1,189 mm).

Presenters must print their posters in advance and bring them to the venue. Please note that poster printing services will not be available at the conference venue.
