Participants who require documents from the Japanese side for their visa application may request them from the IWPMA 2026 visa support team.

In principle, visa application documents, including an invitation letter, will be issued after the acceptance of the submitted abstract.

If you need the documents before abstract acceptance, or if you would like to request documents for accompanying persons, please explain the situation in your email.

To request visa application documents, please complete the Visa Information Form below and send it to the visa support team together with a scanned copy of the photo page of your passport.
