Please note that all presentations at this meetin will be on-site only. 

Oral Presentations

• The presentation will have a duration of 15 minutes, including Q&A. The invited talk depneds on the session schedule.
• There is a laptop computer available for presentations at the venue.
  • Please copy your presentation files to the venue computer in advance. Please use a USB flash drive (Type-A format) for copying.
  • PowerPoint or PDF formats are acceptable.
  • The LOC will be responsible for deleting files from the venue computer after the presentation.
  • You may use your own laptop, but please note that the connection time will be included in your presentation time. The video output is HDMI only.
• Presentation slides should be created in 16:9 format for speakers scheduled to present in Room A, and in 4:3 format for speakers scheduled to present in Rooms B and C.

 Poster Presentations

• The poster board size is 90 cm wide × 200 cm high. You can hang an A0 (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm) poster as is. 
• Please attach your poster to the board displaying your presentation number.
• The poster display times are from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM on the first and second days (Sep. 10 and 11), and from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM on the third day (Sep. 12). Please note that the LOC may remove posters after the designated closing time.
• A core time (12:30 PM to 2:00 PM) will be designated for the poster session. Presenters are required to be present at their posters during this time.
