・Projectors (with HDMI connection cables) are available in the presentation rooms.
・We do not provide or lend PCs, tablets, or adapters (such as USB Type-C, Lightning, or RGB converters); presenters are requested to bring their own equipment.
・Free Wi-Fi provided by the venue is available for internet access.
・No printing facilities are available; presenters wishing to distribute materials on the day are requested to prepare them in advance.

Baggage Area
A temporary baggage area will be available in Room 100 (Small Lecture Room).
However, the organizers will not be held responsible for participants' belongings. In the event of loss or theft, the organizers shall not be held liable. Please keep valuables and items that may be easily lost in your own custody at all times.

Accommodation
Participants traveling from outside the area are kindly requested to arrange their own accommodations. The Organizing Committee and Secretariat do not arrange hotel bookings. We appreciate your understanding.

Childcare Service
There are no childcare facilities available within the conference venue. However, the Committee will provide a subsidy for childcare expenses incurred by members attending the conference, subject to the following conditions. Please note that the Organizing Committee does not provide referrals for specific childcare services.
・Eligible expenses: Childcare costs incurred to attend the conference.
・Subsidy amount: Actual costs up to a maximum of 5,000 yen per child per day.
・Application procedure: Please notify the Organizing Committee by 10th September of your intention to use childcare services.
