[2BS06-01]Diversity of EV Analysis Methods and Practical Lab Tips
Yusuke Yoshioka (Tokyo Medical University)
Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are nanoscale particles that mediate cell-to-cell communication. Although the field has advanced over the past 15 years, EV isolation, labeling, and quantification remain challenging, and the growing variety of methods and reagents makes selection difficult.
In this seminar, I will introduce reproducible workflows and practical operating tips, focusing on EV membrane-labeling reagents and EV isolation columns developed by Dojindo Laboratories. I will share real-world examples, common pitfalls, and ways to reduce rework in measurements.
