Previously, our institution was deeply rooted in a paper-based culture, which led to an increase in operational resources and a decline in work quality, among other issues. To address these challenges, we compiled routine tasks within the institution, calculated their effects, and prioritized them before developing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA). As a result of our efforts starting from the fiscal year 2021, we have developed 48 RPAs, which have contributed to improving work quality and operational efficiency. In this presentation, we will introduce specific examples of how we have established a system to ensure that the operational efficiency achieved through RPA is sustainable within our institution.
