For the optimization of porous materials structures, which are key components of packed bed reactors and filters, introduced are the integrated application of Computational Fluid Dynamics, AI technologies such as support vector machine (machine learning) models for features extraction and conditional adversarial generative network (deep learning) models for intentional 3D structure generation, and optimization methods such as genetic algorithms and Bayesian optimization, for obtaining Pareto fronts of multiple material performances in trade-off relationships.
