Recycling waste plastics by pyrolysis produces a broad product distribution, requiring significant cost and energy for separation and purification. In this study, pyrolysis was combined with zeolite-catalyzed conversion, and machine learning was used to explore optimal conditions for efficient BTX recovery while addressing variations in feedstock composition. A BTX yield prediction model was constructed using previous experimental data, followed by feature contribution analysis and condition optimization. The results showed that NH4-Y zeolite was effective under high-PS conditions. This is likely because its lower activity and larger pore size suppressed excessive cracking. These findings demonstrate the effectiveness of machine learning for efficient exploration of catalytic conditions.
