Poster Award

The Poster Awards are given to young to mid-career researchers for their outstanding poster presentations in order to support their career path. We look forward to receiving applications from all eligible applicants.
Please note that there is no cost-sharing associated with such selection and awarding.
 

 Eligibility

  • Applicants must meet all of the following conditions (1) and (2) below.
  • Only one application per presenter is allowed.

(1) Those who will make a poster presentation (hereinafter referred to as “presenters”) (i) Poster presenters (hereafter referred to as “presenters”) who have indicated their willingness to participate in the selection process for this award at the time of application for presentation.

(2) The presenter must not have received this prize before.

How to Apply

 
1. Application for presentation: Deadline: February 28 (Fri.), 12:00 p.m.
(Select “Poster: Apply for the Poster Award” in the “Preferred Presentation Format” field.)

2. Registration

Registration for the first semester: Deadline is 12:00 p.m. on Friday, April 14 to Friday, June 13.
Please be sure to register for the first semester.

 Judging

Judgments will be made on the novelty and validity of the research content, presentation, and question and answer session (responsible time).In consideration of the cross-disciplinary nature of the conference, presentations should be easy to understand even for specialists in other fields. In the case of research presentations involving multiple co-researchers, please make sure that the contributions of each co-researcher are clear. 

 Announcement of winners and awards

 
After the judging, the secretariat will inform all applicants of the names of the award winners and post them on the competition website.
The award ceremony will be announced on the competition website as soon as it is decided how it will be held.
After the conference, the secretariat will inform all applicants of the names of the award winners and post them on the conference website.
