Ultrathin GaAs solar cells with rear light scattering textured structure are getting more attention to realize high-efficiency and low-cost solar cells. In this study, we will introduce a simple method to fabricate textured structure using self-assembled silver nanoparticles. This method is expected to be more suitable for the fabrication of textured structure in large area, which is applicable to solar cells.
